How often do I need to replace the charcoal filter?
The Poochie Poo Pot comes with two charcoal filters and we recommend replacing them every 2 months for the best performance. Additional charcoal filters are available through the Poochie Poo Pot website.
Do you sell extra liners?
Yes, Poochie Poo Pot sells extra liners for their pet waste station that are specially made to be 2 mil thick to insure a leakproof design. They are sold in packs of 25 on our website. Each Poochie Poo Pot comes with 12 free bags.
Do you offer additional colors?
At this time, the Poochie Poo Pot is available in our current signature finish only. We carefully selected this color to complement a wide range of outdoor spaces, from gardens and patios to waterfront properties and dog parks. While we do not offer additional color options right now, we are always evaluating future product expansions based on customer interest and demand.
