Refund policy

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please make sure you do so within 24 hours of placing it. All our Poochie Poo Pots are created to order and once it's been put into production, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns

Because all our pet waste receptacles are created to order, we are unable to accept returns. Should your product arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt via our contact form.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately through our contact form if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we’ve approved your claim, we will ship a replacement to you on an expedited basis.
